Legislation Act effective August 14th, 2005 removes one obligation to notarize official documents by Polish Diplomatic Institutions. Public Notary must notarize all documents signed in USA by Polish Citizens. It’s a requirement whenever you need your papers to have authority in Poland.

All documents required to:

  • Sell, buy or transfer property,
  • Permit one to issue a Passport for a dependent.
